Spumol is a series of defoamers which prevent foam formation in wastewater treatment plants (both in fermenters and aeration vessels) as well as in technological chains.
They can be used both in their commercial form as well as in the form of a water-based emulsion.
- Spumol BJ is a solution of aluminium salts of higher fatty acids in mineral oil with non-ionic emulsifiers and butyl alcohol. It is used to eliminate and prevent the formation of foam in the pulp and paper industry.
- Spumol BJ/C is an unhydrous solution of aluminium salts of higher fatty acids in a special mineral oil with non-ionic emulsifiers. Contrary to Spulmol BJ, the raw materials are characterised by better health parameters. The product is used as a defoamer in biological and bio-mechanical wastewater treatment plans, in the confectionary industry, in potato processing plants and in the pulp and paper industry.
- SPUMOL K-3 is a mixture of polyalkylene glycol (PAG) oils and vegetable oils. It is different from the latter in terms of its resistance to both acid and alkaline environment. The product is effective at a wide range of temperatures, i.e. up to 150°С. Similarly to Spumol BJ/C, in addition to being used in watertreatment plants, it is also used in the confectionary industry, in potato processing plants and in the pulp and paper industry.
We offer Spumol products in 20l canisters, barrels and IBC containers (DPPL).
