DEFOAMERS
Fennotech is a user-friendly paper defoaming emulsion. It prevents foaming as well as decreases pulp aeration. As it can be used in a wide range of pH, it finds application in many processes, for example, in the process of removing surface foam or foam produced by bleaching plants. Depending on customer needs, Fennotech may be delivered in IBC containers or 20 liter canisters.
GLUES
Fennosize – a group of products used in the process of sizing which give paper and cardboard hydrophobic properties. We offer several types of sizing products:
- resinous
- synthetic AKD
- synthetic ASA
Depending on customer needs, the glues can be delivered in IBC containers, 20 liter canisters or tankers – road transport.
RETENTION AIDS
Fennopol – polymer used in paper industry to improve retention of fibre and ash in paper products. We offer two types of the polymers:
- cationic or anionic powders
- cationic or anionic emulsions
Depending on customer needs, Fennopol can be delivered in:
- 25 kg bags or bigbag (powder polymer);
- IBC containers or 20l canister (emulsion polymer)
PAX – an alum-based coagulant widely used in paper production processes, among others, for retention improvement. Depending on customer needs, the PAX coagulant can be packed in 20-liter canisters, IBC containers or transported in tankers.
Fennosil – silica aqueous solution used in paper production processes to improve retention as well as paper pulp dewatering. It strengthens and makes the paper sheet more formable. Depending on customer needs, Fennosil may be delivered in IBC containers or 20l canisters.
YANKEE CYLINDER PROTECTION
Fennocrepe – paper sheet crepe releasing substances which soften paper as well as increase its volume and elasticity. By creating a protective layer on the cylinder, Fennocrepe also helps protect Yankee cylinder used in the process of creping paper. Depending on customer needs, Fennocrepe may be delivered in IBC containers or 20l canisters.
PAPER FELT AND FOUNDRINIERS PROTECTION PRODUCTS
Fennocor – a colourless fluid product for protection of paper felt, rolls and fourdriniers by creating a protective layer on external parts of paper machines which prevents depositing of paper pulp of natural origin, for example, resins. It is used in mechanical protection of paper machines. Fennocor is delivered to customers in IBC containers.
Fennotrol – a liquid product used in paper felt protection. It creates a protective layer on felts, thus preventing depositing of fillers, resins or components of the sizing process. It is used in mechanical protection of paper machines. Fennotrol is delivered to customers in IBC containers.
